POSB PAssion Kids Fund

How does my donation make a difference?

100% of your donations go directly towards the POSB PAssion Kids Fund which supports programmes and events benefiting children (0-16 years of age) in the community.

How do I receive the 2.5 times tax deduction on the donations made? Can I choose to opt-out?

All donations* made to the POSB PAssion Kids Fund will be entitled to 2.5 times tax deduction and are applicable to both corporate and individual tax residents.

DBS will send your name, NRIC, mailing address and donation amount to the People’s Association (PA). Tax deduction will be automatically filed to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) by PA and will be reflected in your individual tax assessment the next calendar year.

To opt-out of the tax deduction, please email your request to posbkidsfund@dbs.com

*Tax residents with FIN and donation via PayNow/PayLah! will not be eligible for auto tax deduction unless you email posbkidsfund@dbs.com your name, NRIC/FIN, mailing address, donation amount and donation date.

Can I receive auto tax deduction if I am a foreigner but also a taxpayer in Singapore?

Please email to runforkids@dbs.com your donation date, donation amount, full name and FIN within 2 weeks of your donation.
