POSB Smart Buddy Card

Before you applyEnsure that you have these documents:

Your digibank credentials or any POSB/DBS ATM, Debit, or Credit Card.

You need to have a POSB/DBS Savings or Current Account. Your child’s Smart Buddy transactions will be deducted from this account.

A registered mobile number to receive the SMS One-Time-Password (OTP) for Smart Buddy activation.

A registered email address to get notified when your application is submitted.

A registered local mailing address for your Smart Buddy card to be delivered to you.

If you’ve recently changed your address, remember to update your mailing address with us before submitting your application.

Your child’s POSB/DBS Savings or Current Account is optional to facilitate the automatic transfer of Smart Buddy to their account.

Application processHere’s what to expect:

Apply for Smart Buddy using digibot.

Receive email on successful application.

Smart Buddy card will be delivered to your registered mailing address within 7 working days.
