Can I change my iBanking PIN on the iBanking platform?
Yes you can. Simply access the “Change iBanking PIN” service by clicking on “Preferences” on the top right hand corner on the iBanking platform.
Is this safe?
Yes. Your accounts’ security and safety is of utmost importance to us. Similarly to the other features in DBS iBanking, you will be required to key in your OTP before you are able to access this service.
Will this change my ATM PIN number?
No. DBS iBanking PIN and your Credit Card or ATM PIN number does not have to be the same number. This service will only change your iBanking PIN number, and not your other Cards’ PIN numbers.
