All Singapore residents¹ will get personal accident insurance coverage on the race day², 17 Nov 2024. The coverage will terminate automatically at the end of the race day. No hidden costs. No payment required.

You will be covered for the following under the Complimentary Personal Accident Protect Basic policy:

• Compassionate Assistance Benefit
  Lump sum payment of S$25,000 in the event of accidental death due to an accidental injury
• Family Assistance Benefit
  Lump sum payment up to S$25,000 due to an accidental injury
• Daily Hospital Cash Benefit
  S$100 payable for each day (24-hour) of confinement in a hospital due to accidental injury, up to 5 days

You can now apply for Complimentary Personal Accident Protect V insurance when you register for the POSB Passion Run For Kids. Coverage starts from the race day on 17 Nov 2024 and ends on 17 Feb 2025.

• This option is only available to Singapore residents¹ aged between 1 month and 65 years old

Both the applicant and/or insured must be Singapore Residents. Singapore Resident means Singapore citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid Work Permit, Employment Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, Dependant's Pass, or S Pass issued by the authorities in Singapore.

Applicant must be aged 18 years old and above.

Insured must be aged between 1 month old and 65 years old (both age inclusive).

Both policies offer the same benefits and sum insured, however the eligibility criteria, period of coverage, and policy application process differs:

If you suffer an injury that results in hospitalisation, please submit your claim under both policies.

100% of your donations go directly towards the POSB PAssion Kids Fund which supports programmes and events benefiting children (0-16 years of age) in the community.

All donations* made to the POSB PAssion Kids Fund will be entitled to 2.5 times tax deduction and are applicable to both corporate and individual tax residents.

DBS will send your name, NRIC, mailing address and donation amount to the People’s Association (PA). Tax deduction will be automatically filed to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) by PA and will be reflected in your individual tax assessment the next calendar year.

*Tax residents with FIN and donation via PayNow/PayLah! will not be eligible for auto tax deduction unless you email [email protected] your name, NRIC/FIN, mailing address, donation amount and donation date.
