Customise your alert preferences via digibank online. Stay alert when you perform digital payments and transfers via ATM or digibank today.

You can customise your alerts preferences and threshold via digibank online:
- Login to digibank Online with your UserID and PIN.
- Select
at the top right of your digibank online page and click on Manage Alerts. - Log in with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
- Click on Manage Alerts to update the alerts for your Banking Account(s) or DBS/POSB Card(s).
- Tick your Preferred Notification Mode(s) and enter Threshold Limit, click Next.
- Ensure the details are correct and click Submit to complete the application.
- A valid email address and mobile number is required to perform this update.
