Online Reservation will be available from 18 Jan to 23 Jan 2021 and 24 Jan to 5 Feb 2021. Collection of reserved notes starts from 25 Jan to 29 Jan 2021 (Reservation #1) and 1 Feb to 10 Feb 2021 (Reservation #2) at your selected DBS/POSB Branches and time slot.

Collection of reserved notes starts from 25 Jan to 29 Jan 2021 (Reservation #1) and 1 Feb to 10 Feb 2021 (Reservation #2) at your selected DBS/POSB Branches and time slot.

Branch Location and Operating Hours

Branch walk-in without reservation is only available to senior customers above 60 years old (based on year of birth) or person with disabilities. All other customers are required to make an online reservation before visiting the branches for collection of new notes. The new notes will be available at selected DBS/POSB Branches from 25 Jan to 11 Feb 2021, subject to notes availability and branch operating hours.
