Step-by-step guide to get digibank access and/or deposit account for new to bank customers.

Download the digibank mobile app from the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery.
Launch the digibank mobile app and tap on Sign up for digibank.
Swipe through the introduction screens and tap on I'm New to DBS/POSB.
Tap Continue with Singpass, login and tap I Agree on MyInfo consent screen. (Alternatively, you can tap Continue without Singpass to provide all required information manually.)
Provide all required information in the succeeding screens.
Tap on the suitable bundle to open an account. (Note: Tap on Maybe Later if you wish to opt-out for deposit account (subject to eligibility))
Complete the succeeding questions including Name on card & PIN.
Upload Supporting Documents, if required.
Create your digibank Credentials by inputting your preferred User ID & PIN. (Note: This step does not apply if Continue without Singpass is selected in step 4.)
Review the details and tap on Confirm Application.
Your digibank onboarding is completed. (Note: If document upload is required, your application will be processed within 3 working days.)

  • For security reasons please clear your cache after each session.
  • If you do not have a valid card and pin, a temporary user ID will be sent to your mailing address.
  • A registration code will be sent to your mailing address. This code is required to confirm your updated mobile number and/or email, and to setup your digital token.
