How to Authenticate transactions with your Digital Token for digibank online, eNets and eCommerce* transactions

Your options to authenticate your transactions using your Digital Token:

* Note: We are upgrading our system for a better digital token authentication experience. Until further notice, you will receive an SMS OTP to complete your eCommerce payments at 3D Secure merchants instead of authenticating via your digital token.

Step 1
Tap on Enter OTP manually on webpage. Launch your digibank app and tap on Digital Token. (Log in is not required)

Step 2
Tap the Generate OTP button to generate a 6-digit OTP.

Step 3
Enter the generated 6-digit OTP into the webpage as requested.

Note

• Push notifications may not be received if you are in a low network coverage area.
• If you do not receive the push notification, Launch your digibank app instead.

Step 1
Launch your digibank app and tap on Digital Token. (Log in is not required)

Step 2
Verify your transaction and tap on Approve. If you do not see this screen, click here.

Step 3
Your authentication is complete.

Note

• If you do not see the Approve button, usually due to poor internet connectivity, follow the steps on Using your Digital Token without internet instead.
