  • Incoming transactions via PromptPay will be credited in SGD to your PayNow linked account.

Launch your digibank mobile app, tap on PayNow and log in with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Under Overseas Transfer, tap PromptPay (Thailand).

Select bank account to transfer from. Enter Thai Mobile Number and Transfer amount. Tap Next.

Review your transfer and tap Transfer Now.

Your Promptpay transfer is now submitted.
