How to Retrieve Card Statements

There are various channels which you may Retrieve Card Statements with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank Mobile.

Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on More.

Under Quick Access or Other Services, tap on eStatements.

You may apply filters to view your eStatements according to your preferences.

Tap on your eStatement to view it in the digibank Mobile App.

Log in to digibank Online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under My Accounts, select View eStatement and eAdvice.

You may apply filters to view your eStatements or eAdvices according to your preferences.

Click View PDF to view your eStatement or eAdvices online.

Click the print button at the top right.

  • You may view up to past 7 years statements online from November 2010 or from the date of enrolment, whichever is later.
