Important information

  • eAdvices for Telegraphic Transfer, MEPS and Account Transfer is only available on digibank mobile.

How to Enrol to eStatement and eAdvices

There are various channels which you may enrol to eStatement and eAdvices with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on More at the bottom of the navigation bar and under Quick Access or Other Services, tap on eDocuments.

Tap on Manage at the top menu tab.

Toggle the switch on of your preferred statement(s) to enrol to eStatement.
Get the latest digibank mobile app now!
  • Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN.
  • Complete the Authentication Process.
  • Select Request and click on Manage eStatement and eAdvice.
  • Change the Statement Preference to eAdvice/eStatement for the account you wish to receive eAdvice/eStatement.
  • Select your eAdvice/eStatement notification preference and click Next.
  • Verify your details and click Submit.

More information

  • Email notifications will be sent when your eAdvices/eStatements is ready for viewing or when you opt-in and/or opt-out of eAdvices/eStatements.
    Note: SMS notification is not available for eAdvice.
  • Upon opt-out for eAdvice/eStatement, you will receive paper-based advices/statements via mail from the next valid transaction/statement cycle onwards.
  • eAdvices/eStatements enrolment on digibank online is available for eligible Individual and Joint Alternate accounts.
  • Paper statements will no longer be sent once you have opted-in for eAdvice/eStatement.
  • Paper-based advices for CPF/SRS transactions, EGM/AGM/Corporate Actions Cover Letter and Change in Risk Rating letters will still be sent to your address as per our records.
