Lock your Card Temporarily using Payment Controls

Our Payment Control features allows you to temporarily lock your credit/debit card if it's misplaced.

How to Lock your Credit/Debit Card

Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Under Home, tap Cards and select the Card that you wish to lock.

Select Payment Controls to manage your card.

Toggle the Switch Off to temporarily lock your card.

Tap Lock Now to proceed.

Your card has been Locked.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Cards, click on Manage Debit or ATM Card (Activate, Limits & More).

Select the card you wish to lock. Under Manage, toggle Switch Off to temporarily lock your card.

Click Lock Now to proceed.

Your card has been locked successfully.
