How to remove fund transfer recipient

There are various channels which you may remove fund transfer recipient with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Tap on Pay & Transfer at the bottom and select Local.

Step 3
Look for the payee you wish to delete and tap on the icon on the right of the payee's name.

Step 4
Tap on the Menu icon located at the top right of your screen and select Delete Payee.

Step 5
Tap on Delete Payee to confirm the deletion request.

• Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.
• Complete the Authentication Process.
• Select Transfer and click More Transfer Services.
• Under Manage Recipients and Transfers, select Delete DBS or POSB Recipient or Delete Other Bank Recipient.
• Select the Recipient you wish to delete and click Next.
• Verify the details, then Submit.
