How to remove overseas funds transfer recipient

Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap Pay & Transfer followed by Overseas.

Look for the recipient you wish to delete and tap the Icon at the right of the recipient's name.

Tap on the menu located at the top right of your screen and select Delete Payee.

Once prompted with a confirmation, tap Yes.

You have now removed the overseas funds transfer recipient.

Download the digibank mobile app from the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery.

Launch the digibank mobile app and tap on More.

Under Apply, tap on New to digibank.

Select your Identity Type, key in your Identity Number and input your Date of birth, click on Next.

Complete your Authentication Process by keying in your Card & PIN or using the SingPass Face Verification.

Complete your Credentials by inputting your preferred User ID & PIN. Verify your mobile number, email address, mailing address and tap on Next.

Review and Confirm the details and tap on Confirm.

Your digibank onboarding is completed. Tap on Proceed to digibank to set-up your digital token next.

  • Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.
  • Complete the Authentication Process.
  • Select Transfer and click on DBS Remit and Overseas Transfer.
  • Click All found on the right of Overseas Recipients.
  • Select the recipient(s) that you would like to remove and click on Delete Selected.
  • Verify the details and click Submit to delete recipient(s).
