How to Deposit Cash

Locate a Cash Deposit Service near you:
Filter ‘Cash Deposit’ (for ATM+) or ‘BTM’ to check the locations

Cash deposit with a DBS/POSB Card
  • Insert your ATM/ Debit/ Credit Card.
  • Key in your 6-Digit Card PIN.
  • Select Cash Deposit.
  • Select the Account that is tagged to your card.
  • Place your cash into the cash slot and select Next.
  • Verify the total deposited amount and select Confirm.
  • Collect your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and Receipt.
  • Insert your ATM/ Debit/ Credit Card.
  • Key in your 6-Digit Card PIN.
  • Select Cash Deposit.
  • Select Other DBS/POSB Account.
  • Select the Account Type.
  • Enter the Account Number and select Confirm.
  • Verify the selected account type and number and select Next.
  • Place your cash into the cash slot and select Next.
  • Verify the total deposited amount and select Confirm.
  • Collect your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and Receipt.
  • Touch the Screen and select Cash Deposit.
  • Select the Account Type.
  • Enter the Account Number and select Confirm.
  • Verify the selected account type and number and select Next.
  • Enter your NRIC/Passport Number and select Confirm.
  • Enter your Mobile Number and select Confirm.
  • Place your cash into the cash slot and select Next.
  • Verify the total deposited amount and select Confirm.
  • Collect your Receipt.
Note
  • For cardless deposits, do not exceed S$20,000 per cash deposit transaction (subject to notes condition and account limit of $50,000 per day).
  • Flip your Passbook to the last printed page and insert to the machine.
  • Select Cash Deposit.
  • Place your cash into the cash slot and select Next.
  • Verify the total deposited amount and select Confirm.
  • Collect your Passbook and Receipt.

More information

  • Notes Accepted:
    • ATM+: S$10, S$50, S$100, S$1,000 denominations
    • Branch Teller Machine (BTM and BTM+): S$2, S$5, S$10, S$50, S$100, S$1,000 denominations
  • You can deposit a maximum of 200 pieces per cash deposit transaction.
  • Do not deposit any commemorative notes. E.g. Bicentennial Notes.
