How to apply for Financial Standing Statement

There are various channels which you may apply for Financial Standing Statement with us. The most convenient method would be via our online form.

Note:

Request submitted online will be processed within 3 working days upon submission.
Statement will be mailed to the requested statement account's address as per bank record.

In Branch (Collection of statement in branch)

For collection of statement in branch, you may submit a request at any of our branches*. Locate a branch near you!

For self-collection, indicate Date and Branch for collection when filling up the request form in branch.
To authorise a 3rd party collector, indicate their Name, NRIC, Date and Branch for collection when filling up the request form in branch.

Request submitted in branch will be ready for collection within 1 working day** upon receipt of Statement of Financial Standing request form.

* Excluding 24/7 self-service branches.
** Applications submitted at Financial Planning branches may require a longer processing time.

More information

There is a service charge of S$21.80 w/GST per Financial Standing Statement.
Balance and Conduct of the account can only be included in the Financial Standing Statement for accounts maintained for a minimum of 6 months with DBS/POSB.
For Joint-All account holders, please submit your request in branch.
