How to Update Signature
Video Teller Machine (VTM)
If you have changed your signature or realized that your signature differs from your previous records, you may visit one of our Video Teller Machines to do an immediate update. Customers who have been previously using thumbprint verification can also update to Signature based verification using our VTM.

Transactions which requires Signature verification:
Find the nearest Video Teller Machine (VTM) using our Locator.
- Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your NRIC/Passport and complete the authentication process.
- Select Update Particulars.
- Select Edit under Update your Signature.
- Select the applicable accounts.
- Input your signature using the stylus available at the machine.
- Select Get OTP via SMS* and key the OTP into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
- Press Confirm to complete the transaction.
- Customers who did not receive the OTP via SMS or do not have their phone with them, select either Wrong Phone Number or No Phone with me.
- An officer will be connected to verify the customer through a secured authentication process.
