How to apply for a Debit Card

There are various channels which you may apply for a Debit Card with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on More on the bottom navigation bar and under Apply, tap on Cards.

Tap on Debit Card.

Tap on the Debit Card that you wish to apply for.

Under Link an account for your new card, select your Account to be linked to the card and enter the Name to appear on the card. Enter Promo code (if any) and tap Next.

Review your application details and tap Next.

Create your Card PIN and click Submit to complete your Debit Card application.

Your new Debit Card will be mailed to your address within 3-5 working days after your application has been approved.

(Proceed to Step 4 if you clicked Apply Now from DBS website)

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Apply, click on Debit Cards.

Select the Debit card that you wish to apply for and click on Apply now.

Under Link an account for your new card, select your Account to be linked to the card and enter the Name to appear on the card. Enter Promo code (if any) and click Next.

Review your application details and click Next.

Create your Card PIN and click Submit to complete your Debit Card application.

Already a digibank user?

Forgot User ID or PIN

Not yet a digibank user?

For customers with ATM/Debit/Credit Card

  • Insert any of your existing ATM/Debit/Credit Card and key in your card pin.
  • Under Card Services, select Apply Debit Card.
  • Choose the Debit Card you wish to apply and select the Accounts to be linked to the card.
  • Indicate the Limit you wish to set and confirm the Name to be printed on your New Debit Card.
  • Confirm your New Card PIN and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Get a One Time Password via SMS and key it into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
  • Collect Both your new and old Debit Card or NRIC before you leave the machine.
Note
  • Instant card application for PAssion POSB Debit Card and DBS VISA Debit Card.
  • If you do not have any existing ATM/Debit/Credit Card, you may scan your NRIC or Passport and complete the authentication process.
